一応楽器可のアパートも探した。
When I looked for the apartment, I also looked for the
apartment where I can play instruments.
基本は江古田とか音大の近くにあり、10万円以内で
あったりするのだ。
Basically they are near the musical college,
cost less than 100,000 yen.
防音室付きでで24時間弾けるマンションもありましたが、
基本は普通の構造でお互い様ということで協定の元
夜10時までは、、とか楽器可だったところが多かった。
Some apartment has a sound proof room and I can play instrument
all the time at this kind of room,
but basically many apartment is no sound proof and agree to
play instruments.
When I looked for the apartment room and read the details of the room,
it often says "No vocalist allowed"
物件を見ているとたまに「声楽禁止」
と書いてある。
他にも、ドラム等の打楽器禁止（結構多い）、金管楽器禁止（トランペットやサックス、結構多い）、グランドピアノ不可（重量の問題、搬入方法の問題、音量の問題・・・ 意外と多い）等など、、
Some room accept piano but no vocalists.
Vocalist sound is more than piano!?
ピアノが可なのに声楽禁止のところがあったりして、、
アップライトより声楽家の声の方が音量が大きいということでしょうか。
大きさにもよるけどグランドだと金管楽器より音量が
大きかったりしますからねぇ。
