I've been longing for a ragged black belt(Right Photo),

6 years has passed after getting a black belt.

But my black belt is still new.(Left Photo)

I think it's because I don't wash black belt , and Aikido is not so hard as Judo and Karate.

I wonder why Karate's pants is like that ,

But it was originally the underwear under Hakama.

Please tell me how to make this black belt ragged.


ボロボロの帯に憧れて 初段を取ってから早6年。

稽古量が少ないのもあるのかもしれませんが一向に写真右のように　ボロボロになりません。

私は
帯はあまり洗わないのと　合気道では中々稽古内容的に　ボロボロになりにくいのかもしれません。

ちなみに　空手や柔道の　道着ズボンですが、

不思議な衣装だと思ったら本来は袴の下につける下着だったそうです。

誰か黒帯をボロボロにする方法を教えて下さい

When I studied hard for university entrance exam when  I was 19,

I always had the same dream of climbing steep slope by car.

Yesterday I studied English when I 'm not feeling very well, I had the same  dream after 20 years

好酸球性気管支炎でなく上咽頭炎

I was diagnosed as nasopharyngitis

No problem with vocal chords.

Specific medicine is Zinc chloride,

apply it directly to the epipharynx　once a week,

It will take 4,5 months.

But I was introduced to the respiratory department.

But if it was ENT, it was not so long to find it.

Finally I searched for the Internet and I changed the department by myself,

so It is the limit of current medicine.

I want hospital to be introduced artificial intelligence.

I can't make loud voice 4 or 5 months, so I will use headset in classes.

声帯は問題無いようです。

後は鼻うがいを勧められました。

塩化亜鉛では8割くらいが良くなるということだそうです。

呼吸器科で検査もしないのでおかしいと思っていたら

気管支の方でなく　耳鼻科の方だったようです。

ちょっと専門が違うだけで間違った診断をずっと続けたままってのも、、ずっと違う薬飲んでました。

結局は自分で調べて　耳鼻科の検査に行って気づきましたし、

1回5万もするアレルギーの注射を　何回も打ちましてかなりお金もかかりました。

治療法が見つかった安堵感より　腹立たしさの方が正直　大きいです。

医学の限界というかさっさと人工知能を導入してほしいです。

４〜5か月は大きい声が出せませんのでお稽古ではインカムを導入します。

I got through my student recital with my bad throat,

but I finally 
I started coughing after making a voice.
I was diagnosed as Bronchitis as respiratory department,

but I think the cough is caused by vocal chord because
my throat get bad after making a voice and internal medicine steroid was not effective.

If you have the boil on your throat, internal medicine steroid is not effective.

I will have my vocal chord checkup on Friday at ENT

Bronchitis is respiratory department, 
Vocal chord is ENT

how confusing..

So I can't speak for a while..may be. (To the class students.)
I will speak by tablet.

Sorry for convenience.

However,
when I tell the students I can't speak,

for some reason some of the students started whispering..

And when I go shopping and show the tablet saying 'I can't speak '

Some of the people ask me
''You can hear my voice?"

So many troubles I didn't imagine..

発表会は掛け声を嫁さんにやってもらったりして無事乗り切りましたが、

とうとう普通にしゃべってても咳ごむようになってきました。

呼吸器内科でアレルギー性の気管支炎という診断で2年程ずっと来ましたが、

どうやら声を出すと咳ごみ始めるので声帯に原因があるのかと思い検査してもらうことにしました。

ステロイド内服も効かないのでデキモノでもあるのではないかと。

声帯は耳鼻咽喉科で違うんだそうです。

そういう訳であまり声が出ないので検査までお稽古は　
「タブレット筆談」でやります。

ご迷惑おかけしましてすみません。

検査の結果によっては1週間くらい声が出せないかもしれません。

タブレットで筆談すると
生徒さんまでひそひそ声になったり

どこかへ出かけてスマホで声が出せないというと

「聞こえますか？」

と聞かれたり大変ですな。。

I have one final issue to discuss at today's staff meeting. I just handed out the graph summarring a shoe store's annual sales data and well, I think this information is particulaly interesting. Since we located to
a different neighborhood this year.
As you might have expected ,the relocation decreased our sales significantly at first .during the quater we moved, we experienced the low shoe sales of the entire year.That was largely because people in the new neighborhood didin't know about us However, thanks to the newspaper advertisement and radio commercials we put out business picked up quickly
and we ended the year by making a record number of sales

Skin Prouct Shows Promise

12 October Ricoteur Pharmaceticals , a multinational corpoation with office
in Canada, France, and South Korea, said today that its experimental cream for excesseively dry skin, Dermava, has proved higlly effective in a recent research study Ricoeur highlighted the encourating results indicating the cream's long -lasting effectiveness. The bodes well よい前兆 for Ricoeur, as the cream , if released, could compensate for the limited grouwth that Ricoeur has experienced over the past five years.
